Quote and demo requests

We store the contact, company, report format and requirements information submitted through enquiry forms so we can assess the enquiry and respond. Demo requests also include the preferred day, time of day and topic.

Demo emails

We use Resend to send demo request details to our team by email. This includes the contact details and information you enter in the form. Please do not include passwords, licence keys or sensitive report contents in your request.

Portal accounts

We process account identity, company assignment, authentication events, support requests and software download records to provide and secure the service.

Purpose and retention

Information is used for discussions requested before a contract, contracted service delivery, security and legitimate business administration. Retention periods should be finalised in Cosilan Systems' approved privacy schedule before production launch.
