These short website terms cover public enquiries and portal access. Customer software use remains governed by the signed agreement with Cosilan Systems.
Core terms
Information and quotations
Website content is general product information. A quote becomes binding only when incorporated into a signed order, statement of work or other written agreement.
Customer portal
Portal credentials are personal to the authorised user and must be protected. Users must notify Cosilan Systems promptly if they believe access has been compromised.
Software and guidance
Insight Pipeline outputs, including AI guidance, are decision support and require competent human review. They are not a substitute for site investigation, engineering judgement or a final contractor quotation.
Availability
Cosilan may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the website and portal to protect customers, data or service integrity.
Legal documents
Commercial customers receive the applicable licence, support, privacy and data processing terms during onboarding. This page is not a replacement for those signed terms.
