Local report extraction
Optional AI advice
When a reviewer requests AI advice, selected report details and any enabled context are sent through our hosted service to the AI provider. Evidence context and nearby observations can be controlled in Settings.
Customer access
We create named portal accounts during onboarding. Each customer can access the downloads and activation details assigned to their company.
Software delivery
Activation keys are protected in storage. Downloads are recorded, and the software checks its licence and supported version through our hosted service.
Responsible review
The repair matrix and AI advice support your team. Source evidence, site conditions, repair suitability and final prices still need professional review.
Before sharing reports
Agree what is needed.
We agree suitable sample data and a route for sharing it during discovery. Please leave customer reports and personal information out of public enquiry forms.
